For the uninitiated among us this device allows midi control of software like Traktor DJ, VirtualDJ, Ableton Live or just about any software that has midi compatibility. It is designed to be used a DJ controller emulating turntables and mixer but using the music files stored on a computer.Two turntables can be attatched to and the mixer section of the unit can be used to control EQ, crossfader and FX when playing turntables. I have found though that there is a fair amount of noise on the inputs though which seems to be intermittant but once it is there is no real way of getting rid of it.
A big problem I have found with it is, it seems to be designed for the LE version of Traktor more than the full blooded version. The lights don't seem to work in Traktor and it maps out horribly.

Overall though, this is incredibly fun to use and allows anyone wanting to get into DJing an easy way to join the crew.
